We are now looking for a freelancer to a big, significant project within infrastructure in Sweden. Start: As soon as possible Duration:  Location: Stockholm. International traveling required  This role offers a challenging and influential position in a major infrastructure project, where you will work in a dynamic international environment alongside experts from diverse cultural backgrounds. To support your transition, we provide a structured onboarding process that helps you quickly integrate into the team and organization. Key responsibilities:  - Lead and coordinate a large, diverse project team across Stockholm and Zoetermeer, Netherlands - Drive alignment and collaboration between disciplines, ensuring project goals are met - Maintain focus on both technical excellence and strong team relationships - Manage project execution, ensuring milestones are achieved within scope, budget, and timeline - Travel between Stockholm and Zoetermeer (50/50 initially, later evolving to 60/40 or 70/30)

To succeed in this role, we see that you have: 

- A completed technical college or university degree in the field of Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation or equivalent
- Extensive work experience as a Project Manager, with at least 5 years of demonstrable successful experience as a Senior Project Manager (at least IPMA-B level)
- Experience in managing large and diverse teams
- Experience in infrastructure projects, with knowledge of system engineering methods desirable
- Fluent in English, with Swedish a big plus. If you're not fluent in Swedish, we prefer that you've lived and worked in Sweden for several years
