Could you be the full-time onsite Project Material Manager in Stockholm, Sweden we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your project management and material coordination expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, collaborative, and skilled teammates. You'll ensure the seamless execution of projects by overseeing the completeness and timely availability of detailed designs, as well as coordinating and supervising the Industrial Operations team responsible for material procurement, manufacturing, testing, logistics, and shipment. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Engineering, Industrial Operations, Logistics), manage the material budget to align with project forecasts, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

• Check completeness and on time availability of the detailed design (under Project Engineering Manager).
• Coordinate and supervises the Industrial Operations that are in charge of the following tasks: supervision of material procurement, products manufacturing and testing, logistic & shipment.
• Ensure ePMFU deployment for the Project throughout each Sub-System if applicable & Component
• Build a general overview for the Project Manager
• Manage Material budget and ensure that the Estimate at Completion is aligned with initial budget. Monitor any deviation
