About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tank Construction Supervisor to oversee and manage the construction of industrial storage tanks using our tank building technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding, fabrication, and structural steel, along with leadership experience in supervising on-site teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate tank construction for our clients that use our tank building technology

- Ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.

- Enforce compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards (EN14015, API, ASME, OSHA).

- Review drawings, and technical specifications.

- Lead and train a team of welders, and laborers.

- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure structural integrity and compliance.

- Communicate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth execution.

- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to construction challenges.

- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.

Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 5 years in tank construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Technical or Engineering background preferred).

- Skills: Strong knowledge of welding, fabrication, and structural steel.

- Leadership: Ability to manage, motivate, and train a team effectively.

- Safety-Oriented: Familiarity with OSHA and other safety regulations.

- Physical Requirements: Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights.

- Language: Good level of English
